An amazing guide, personalized experience, incredibly knowledgeable. Mario made the experience super worthwhile, personalizing the tour to our interests. He had personal experience and familial connections to the history which made it all the more special. Was efficient tour guide at a relaxed pace and answered all our questions. A great introduction to ancient Peru
We booked this half-day tour on Thursday and it was a perfect first taste of Peru's ancient cultures. The route took us to the Huaca Pucllana adobe pyramid in Miraflores and then on to the Larco Museum — two very different sites that complement each other beautifully.
Our driver Victor navigated Lima's horrendous traffic calmly and safely, which is no small feat. But the real highlight was our guide Mario. His explanations were lively and vivid, and you can tell he is genuinely passionate about what he does. He made the pre-Columbian cultures come alive rather than just reciting dates.
Highly recommended if you want a solid, engaging introduction to Peru's ancient history without giving up a whole day.

A great introduction to ancient Peru

Good dynamic tour with the best guide.
We did the tour of Huaca Pucllana and the Larco Museum, and it was great. The tour is agile, interesting, and never becomes boring.
The guide Mario puts all his energy into the tour: he explains clearly, with interesting facts and good humor, which makes everything flow and be much more enjoyable.
🔥 Super recommended if you want to learn history and have a good time at the same time.

Incredible experience 😃
We did the tour to Huaca Pucllana and the Larco Museum, and we liked it a lot. It is a perfect combination to learn about the history of Lima without it becoming tedious.
The guide Mario was excellent: very friendly, explains in a simple way, and makes the tour entertaining. It is clear that he knows and enjoys what he does.
✅ Highly recommended, ideal if you want to learn and have a good time at the same time.
