15:00 North Qatar Tour Zubara Fort, Purple Island and Mangroves Colony Completed Sat, Sep 19, 2026 • 1 Adult £28.94 Confirmation #: 1830379745 Booking Reference #: 1448334623 I was supposed to do this tour on the 19th of September, i haven't had chance to message you since I got home, dilute to my work load Im extremely frustrating and unhappy with how I was treated, infact it has made me not want to book with TripAdvisor agian. I have done alot of my tours with Get your guide while in Doha and have have not had one issue with them at all. Bit due to being messed around by Doha tours and especially my guide Rowan I will not be booking with your company agian now, I w8ll be stocking with get your guide from now on. I was sent confirmation of thos tour about 3 times the day day before and one confirmation message on the morning of the 19th to say it was all going ahead and that my guide was Rowan and he would be picking me up at my hotel at 3pm. Then to het a message from Rowan about 3 hours before my tour was due to start to say that this would no be going ahead (bear in mind his was my last day in doha I was due to leave the day after) As there were not enough people or that the tour was booked up and no space left. But if I paid an extra 300 QR they could arrange a private tour, which i refused due to the price increase a few hours before the tour, then to be messed around by the guide and Doha tours saying they would get back to me as soon as they could which hey did not untill 1 hour before (please see WhatsApp messages in attached documents) and Dhoa tour didn't get back to me at all i had to contact them. Again after all the messing around the office were saying all morning that the tour was still going ahead and guide saying no. I was upset and extremely flustered by this point, as i was leaving the next day, and really wanted to do this tour, if they had let me know the day before at least I could have booked with a different company but as it was all left untill about 1 hour before there was nothing i could do to rebook. As one didn't know what the other was doing and also to be asked the same day that I could do the tour if I paid another 300 QR which is extremely out of order. So as you can imagine I was very angry and upset this happened and I had to miss out on something I want to do though no fault of my own. and n9 waring the day before so I could arrange to do something else but no I wasn't even given that respect. Im one very unhappy costumer l, who was able to do anything on my last day in Doha. So now I will not be booking anything with yourselves again in the future as being messed around is not what I expected from a supposed professional company. I will.also be leave bad feedback for the tour and explaining what happened and also letting all my friends know not through use TripAdvisor as they can let you down at the last minute. I had a wonderful time exploring Northern Qatar with Mr. Abdul Wadood as my guide. Traveling alone can sometimes be daunting, but from the very beginning, he was extremely pleasant, friendly, and social, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the day.He picked me up in a gray Land Cruiser that was spotless and very clean, making for a highly enjoyable ride. A real highlight was visiting Purple Island. Mr. Wadood gently encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and go for a walk over the wooden bridge, which I am so glad I did! He also took some great pictures of me to remember the trip by.He is exceptionally knowledgeable about Qatar's history and culture, and his warm personality truly elevated the entire experience. I highly recommend requesting him if you want an excellent, attentive guide!

Did the north tour with our tour guide Adnan , extremely friendly and nice , Toyota SUV clean and he was a great driver , did some very discussion on Qatar history and site we visited , would use him again in our next visit

Our driver is Adnan and it is extremely pleasant experience - he introduces different landmarks along the way and the history of Doha, very knowledgeable about the sites we visit and is patient and kind. Always nice to learn the history of a country and how does it come to it today; love Qatar as well!

We had a wonderful guide Adnan, who provided us with a very insightful tour. It opened our eyes to the history outside of Doha. He was a careful driver who ensured our safety and dropped us off back to our hotel right on time. I can highly recommend Adnan and this tour.

Adnan was an amazing guide! So helpful and informative. Best tour I’ve done! Was such a hot day, vehicle was very well maintained, only 5 people on our tour in a big 4x4. AC worked perfect and even gave us cold drinking water. Thank you for a great experience seeing the northern part of the country.

This was an enjoyable morning tour to the north of Qatar that easily fit into my short stopover in Doha. Our guide, Adnan, picked me up right in time, explained the sights, and answered any questions we had. I would recommend for anyone looking to spend a few hours away from Doha.
