As a 60th birthday present to myself, I booked the tour with Zoom travel/Get your guide to Nazare. Two days before they cancelled but offered to either get a refund or take the trip on Monday instead. I chose Monday and they confirmed and wrote that I would use Sunday's ticket for Monday's trip. 35 minutes ago the habit came and I and the others started filling the car. But we were too much! Yes, they hadn't included my name on the Monday trip so I was forced to go. It was my last day in Portugal so there was no birthday celebration for me. As compensation for everything, they offered 20 percent on a new tour within 2 years. As if I would ever choose Zoom travel/Get your guide again!

Zoom travel is terrible
My trip got cancelled two days before. They offered to love it to the day after and I accepted. But they did not out my name on the list so on the day of the trip I was forced out of the van even though i had everything in writing. Since that was my last day in Portugal i did not get to see the waves. Which was supposed to be my 60-year birthday present to myself. Zoom travel and Get your guide cheated my on that present.

Francisco is a great guide and very knowledgeable and helpful as one of us lost their wallet. We didn’t find it but he helped contact me police and last shop we visited

Excellent tour , highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing tour!, in a very comfortable Mercedes van. Francisco is very nice, he accompanied us in both cities giving us historical information and then gave us some free time to look around by ourselves. To finish we went for lunch at a restaurant in Nazaré (suggested by Francisco) and had the best fish plate of our whole Portuguese trip!! I highly recommend this tour 👌

Nazere trip with Francisco the driver
