Waited at meetup spot for1hr, but dive company were a no show. Viator made a refund, but experience missed.

For all our diving and snorkeling trips, guests are required to confirm attendance in advance so that we can arrange the necessary boat permissions, equipment, and staff accordingly. On the morning of the trip, you contacted us for the first time — by that time, our team had already departed for the scheduled dive. We immediately apologized and offered you a special discount on any future activity with us. An extraordinary experience made so by the staff. Very attentive both the guide and the assistant. Plenty of snacks and water and juices.Every detail taken care of to make our excursion more enjoyable. Highly reccomend it.!
