The driver was super nice and very accommodating from start to finish. He was friendly, polite, and respectful the whole time, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. The rest of the staff were just as amazing! They were super funny, full of energy, and honestly made us feel like family away from home. The vibes were unmatched and made the whole experience even more special. Everything felt safe, organized, and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for something fun and memorable!

I offer an excursion where travelers can choose between jet ski or jet car. This particular traveler booked a jet ski but later requested a jet car upon arrival. Additionally, she selected a pickup location outside my designated service area, but I still accommodated her by arranging transportation at an extra cost, which she agreed to pay in person. After being picked up from a location approximately 1/2 -2 hours away and transported to the excursion site, the traveler insisted on doing the jet car instead of the jet ski she originally booked. I explained that the jet car is more expensive and cannot be provided at the jet ski rate, as pricing is fixed and not within your control to alter. The traveler refused to proceed with the jet ski and demanded a full refund, stating she made a mistake when booking. I clarified that a refund was not possible due to the completed transportation service and her confirmed booking choice. Despite this explanation, she declined the activity, was transported back to her resort, which as is said is like 2hours away and later left a negative review, even though the issue resulted from her own booking error and refusal to accept the agreed terms. Cancelation policy was also provided before booking and she ignored it
Our experience with our Anthonio, was honestly one of the best parts of the trip. He was very professional, always on time, and made us feel safe the entire time, but what really stood out was how personal he made everything it felt like more than just a ride. He played great music that set the vibe, gave us amazing recommendations for authentic Jamaican food that tasted good and felt local, and even suggested a really good nightlife spot. Overall, Anthonio went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Jamaica.
