Loved Dwayne our guide he was fun and the time we had with him. The excursion said 3 hours we spent maybe 1 hour on the river . It is very deceiving and I wish we got to spend longer than 1.9 miles on the river . For almost $500 for 5 of us I would never do that again
Lovely little trip and so fun. The driver was an absolute added bonus, giving us jamaocan history facts the way there and back, could not praise him enough
Today my friend and I visited River Rapids and Our experience was simply amazing!!! We def had a lot of fun!! The scenery was extremely beautiful and the water was just perfect!!! I must say that our tour guide LEVIN did an amazing job!! He was fun, knowledgeable, and very courteous. His customer service was simply exceptional!! Also our rep MEL was super courteous and she also had exceptional customer service!! Overall the team friendliness was great and they were all very nice and courteous!!! I would definitely recommend this tour!!
Very fun experience. It was a good mix of relaxing and excitement. My 3rd grader and 6th grader had a great time.
We very much enjoyed this river tubing ride. There were 8 of us in our group, 2 seniors, 4 adults and 2 seven years old boys. We were on a Disney cruise and this was my favorite excursion of the trip. It Was very safe and every one of us laughed and completely enjoyed the ride. Our guide was Dwayne and he took good care of us. I feel bad that I forgot to tip him, he was the best!
Our driver and our tour guide had the same name (to differentiate the two). Our private driver, Duane, was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication with pickup location between the company and I, but all was corrected and the 45 min drive from MoBay was pleasant. He gave us some history, was willing to accommodate stops and let us enjoy our experience with no rush. Our guide down the river, DeWayne, was amazing! This was a wonderful experience for my teen son and I. The spring water was beautiful, blue, calm, and so clean. DeWayne was very professional, made us feel safe, and made the journey through Rio Bueno fun. He offered to take videos and photos throughout, shared some history/knowledge if the land, and let us swim and swing from a rope. It was lovely ending at Bengal Bay beach to just relax. There were showers and clean bathrooms there to wash off and get dressed. I highly recommend this company and this tour. I would do it again and again.
Excellent value for money wonderful nature
Great time floating down the river. Dre helped us through the river and we had a great time. The rafting to the beach was quite further then we anticipated but still fun. We got to do the swing rope as well.
Fantastic experience, and a good workout!! The family had a wonderful time. Absolutely try to do this trip of you come to Montego!
Had a great time with my husband and two children, age 11 and 9. Earl kep up safe, laughing, and learning during our trip down the river.
