Excellent facial and head wash
Was really looking forward to this having booked back in the Uk. I was reluctant to go to some side street venue as I wanted a professional massage. I did my research and found this would be the place for me. Upon entering, I was greeted with a big smile and welcome. My masseuse Hoai was excellent. She made sure I was ok and not using too much pressure. This was the best facial and head massage I have had anywhere in the world and for the price you pay- it’s soo cheap. I felt so tired after as it was so relaxing. I would 100% recommend this venue and Hoai if you want to feel looked after and happy with the service. I can see why it’s won trip advisor awards. Thank you!!

Hoang Spa Nourishing Shampoo & Head Shoulders Face Massage with Jun
I decided to book a Nourishing Shampoo and Head Shoulders and Face Massage with Jun today. So glad I did. My first experience of this treatment and the best 1hr treatment I have ever received. Jun was professional, skilled and attentive. She checked in to ensure I was comfortable with pressure applied etc. I left feeeling pampered with soft, nourished hair and scalp, pure bliss. Have now booked a 1hr Thai massage tomorrow before flight home to UK. A shout out to Jun - thank you :)

On my first trip to Vietnam
I found this to look for a sub that will shampoo me on my trip to Vietnam. I was anxious, but it was very good. The staff was nice and I was able to refresh myself!

I think this is the place to choose a spa in Hanoi!
I chose the Nourishing Shampoo plan, and it was more than just a shampoo; it was a wonderful head and shoulder/neck massage. My hair is smooth and neat, and my neck and shoulders were thoroughly released! I think the price is a little high compared to other SPAs, but you can still rest assured completely ✌🏻 I'll come again when I go home! 👍🏻 (※TIP is the last thing to choose, but it's around 300-1000 yen and there's no pressure at all, so don't worry.)
