皇居の近くにある和田倉噴水公園から探検を始めましょう。 1961年に明仁天皇のご成婚を記念して設立されたこの公園は、優雅な噴水が特徴で、都会の喧騒の中でも落ち着いた雰囲気を提供しています
皇居東御苑の正面玄関、歴史ある大手門を進む。 武家時代の建築の壮麗さを反映し、かつて江戸城への主要なアクセスポイントとなった重厚な門。
近くには大手山王門の名残を探索。 これらの遺跡からは、江戸時代の城郭の防御構造や戦略設計が垣間見える。
城内最奥の警備を担う百人の武士が居住する、歴史ある百人番所を見学。 見張り所は幕府の軍事行動の警戒と秩序の証として立っている。
四季折々の植物相や曲がりくねった小道、穏やかな水の情景など、日本庭園の定番ともいえる緻密な景観が魅力の二の丸庭園を散策。 穏やかな静寂をもたらす庭園で、日本の伝統的な園芸芸術を紹介しています。
庭園の中に佇む由緒ある茶室「諏訪の茶屋」で休憩。 茶室自体は営業していないが、その存在感は歴史的な雰囲気を増し、日本の茶道の文化的な意義を反映している。
梅が咲き誇る梅林坂は、梅の丘とも呼ばれ、季節になると鮮やかに咲き誇る梅の木の数々で彩られています。 咲き誇る時期には、絵のように美しい景色と香ばしい体験ができるスポットです。
旧江戸城本丸跡を探索します。 創建当時の建物は失われているが、残された石積みや塀は徳川幕府の権力の座の巨大さと意義を伝えている。
数少ない江戸城天守閣である富士見櫓を見学。 歴史的に監視と防衛に使用され、城の軍事建築に関する洞察を提供している。
皇居東御苑内には、歴史資料や図面をもとに緻密に復元された江戸城本丸（天守閣）の縮尺模型が展示されている。 元天守はかつて日本一の高さを誇った天守閣だが、1657年（明暦3年）の火災で焼失し、再建されることはなかった。 かつて徳川幕府の政治の中枢だった場所の規模やデザイン、壮大さを可視化する貴重な機会となるモデルです。 日本の歴史や建築、武家文化に興味がある人にはうってつけの立ち寄り先です。
皇居東御苑内に位置する本丸地区は、かつて江戸城の中枢であり、徳川幕府の本邸や政治の本陣として栄えた。 創建当時の建造物は残っていないが、かつて日本の歴史を形作った重要な決断が下された広大な敷地を歩くことができる。 本丸遺跡は、石積みや広く開けた芝生、防御壁の遺構に囲まれており、そのスケール感と歴史的意義は強い。 平穏でありながら印象的なエリアで、最盛期の城の壮大さを想像させます。
東庭を出ると、広鏡外苑へと入ります。広鏡外苑からは、宮殿の外構や象徴的な二重橋を遮るものなく眺めることができます。 オープンスペースは写真撮影や宮殿の壮麗さを鑑賞するのに理想的です。
東京のビジネス拠点として名高い丸の内地区を散策。 ここでは、歴史的建造物、住宅高級ブティック、レストラン、アートインスタレーションなどが立ち並ぶ近代的な高層ビルが建ち並び、伝統と革新が融合した東京を象徴しています。
1914年の栄光を復元した赤レンガの特徴的なファサードで知られる東京駅でツアーを締めくくります。 中に入ると、旅行、商業、食事の賑わいがつながり、多様な嗜好に対応したショップや飲食店が軒を連ねています。

Naoki was our guide, she was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked many questions. The tour was very interesting along with all the interesting building and history of the area
Ms. Futami was a very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly tour guide. While we were not able to get inside the Imperial Palace due to the holiday, we did get to see a glimpse of the palace gates, bridges and exterior buildings and got interesting historical information and anecdotes from her. We went to Meiji Shrine, Tokyo Station and Harajuku area instead, and we really appreciated that she gave bits and pieces of the information about the areas. Overall, we truly enjoyed the 4-hours walking tour and wished that it could have been longer, thanks to Ms. Futami. Arigato Gozaimasu!
