This is an extremely negative review. I booked a ticket via Trip Advisor as I have done for other tours. The provider is called BAYROUTES. I never received the tickets, nor the meeting point. Despite my numerous attempts to get the phone number, I did not get anyone on the line. To this day, no response to my two emails, which is 24 hours after the supposed visit. Definitely do not make the same mistake as me!
This is fraud, didnt Get any tickets and was not allowd to enter. Tickets was sold with entrance one hour after closing time. No one answered when i called, no one answered on my message
They did not send us the tickets No quick respond on the contact page So spend 70 euro and standing in front of the building with only the voichers They don t let us in with the vouchers
Terrible experience overall. Our tickets never came through and we were not able to get into the church. The phone number for info/help was dead as well.
