The journey was quite comfortable, featuring cushioned leather seats, air conditioning, ample legroom, ambient lighting, moderately chilled water, Sprite, Fanta, tinted windows, and a privacy barrier separating passengers from the driver. However, the driver made a stop at a location for passengers to use the restroom and purchase refreshments. Unfortunately, the shop at this stop appeared to be exploiting tourists by significantly overpricing basic items. Consequently, this experience led to a loss of trust in the company, despite the overall comfort of the journey.

I was shocked to find out when the driver dropped me to airport, that he hit me with a large bill for taking some beverages from the bar on board. Not once DOD they give us a price list or any inclination that we would need to pay. So Thos ruined our whole experience! Ended up paying double the price for the private transfer for the sake of a couple drinks each! We felt scammed. I always use to use Viator for transfers, but I will have to reevaluate my options from now on!

Great service - driver was waiting for us outside, took our luggage and provided us with water, wifi details and turned the tv on for us. The air conditioning made the journey comfortable. Thanks for providing a great start to my families holiday!

Used same service for return trip to the airport. 04:30 departure. Driver was on time. The drive was pleasant and we got to the airport quickly. The van was very comfortable. The driver provided excellent service
