I had such a fantastic morning exploring Bat Trang with Tin! He was lovely, personable, and genuinely wonderful company. Our conversation was great, and I really enjoyed learning about Vietnamese culture and ceramics from him. I never felt rushed at any point, and because I was feeling a little under the weather, Tin was incredibly accommodating and simply went with the flow, letting me enjoy everything at my own pace. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how many fantastic photos Tin took for me. Getting good photos of yourself when you’re traveling alone can be surprisingly difficult, so this was such a thoughtful bonus! I was a little nervous about riding on the motorcycle, but Tin was an excellent and very cautious driver, which immediately put me at ease. The tour itself was wonderful. I got to experiment with a clay wheel and, thankfully, also got to paint a pre-baked piece to take home as a souvenir. After the workshop, we explored the village and visited several shops filled with beautiful ceramics. Tin taught me so much about the traditions behind the pottery, including which patterns are reserved for altars and which can be used for everyday items. I ended up buying a small bowl that I know I will cherish forever and that will always remind me of this trip. We finished the morning with a delicious bún chả at a restaurant overlooking the busy streets of Hanoi. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this tour, and especially Tin as a guide. He made the entire morning feel relaxed, personal, interesting, and truly memorable!

Tin was my tour guide for the Bat Trang Village tour. He communicated well ahead of time when coordinating pickup. Great tour guide - he was very knowledgeable about Vietnam, Hanoi, and the Ceramic Village. At the end of the tour, I bought several vases and had them shipped to the US. Tin was immensely helpful in translating with the multiple vendors involved. All around, great experience.

Tin was my guide for the Ceramic Village tour. He communicated well regarding pickup time and location. He told me a lot about the history of Vietnam and the Ceramic Village. Helped out quite a bit with translating when I shopped at the market. Highly recommend both the tour and Tin - good way to learn more about Vietnam.

Such amazing tour with Linh, very friendly tour guide and safe driver as well. We had a chance for sightseeing the countryside of Hn, the old traditional kilns - more than 100 years old - and try to create pottery- hightly recommend
