We were informed about our guide, Ms Shelby, days before our trip to France via email, and I reached out to her immediately. She was real friendly just from the chat. Knowing that she was unable to be our guide due to circumstances was sad, but her colleague and friend, Ms Isabella, was a great guide! She walked us through the Champs-Elysees and highlighted key parts of the city. She was also able to guide us a little bit inside the Grand Palace and the Petit Palace since we had a bit of extra time. It was a wonderful tour overall. Highly recommend!
