We would, however, like to clarify one important point regarding the description of the tour. The experience does not include access to an underground section of the Trevi Fountain itself. The tour includes a visit to Vicus Caprarius – the City of Water, an archaeological site located underground near the Trevi Fountain, where visitors can see the remains of ancient Roman structures and water systems. This is also clearly specified on the voucher provided with the booking. We understand that the experience may not have been what you were expecting, but we hope this clarification helps future visitors understand exactly what is included before booking.

However, we would like to clarify that the tour description does not state that the activity includes entry to the Trevi Fountain. In fact, the voucher clearly specifies that the €2 entrance fee is not included. The tour does include a visit to the Trevi Fountain from the outside, as well as the Vicus Caprarius archaeological site. We always aim to provide accurate and transparent information in our tour descriptions so that guests know exactly what is included before booking. We’re sorry for any misunderstanding, and hope you enjoyed our guide nevertheless.

En effet, cette visite est consacrée au site archéologique de Vicus Caprarius et, comme indiqué sur le bon de réservation, elle ne prévoit pas d'accès au bord de la fontaine.
