Nice enjoyable trip, Bursa is a beautiful city with lot of history

The original plan was to go with my wife and two daughters, but incidentally one of my daughters woke up sick and for her own sake and peace of mind it was decided to stay at the hotel to recuperate. Another hitch was the bad weather, as on that day in Istanbul, the weather was bad. Naturally, these encounters were beyond anyone's control, but psychologically, I felt that this was not going to be our day - I was very wrong! This feeling all changed when we met the tour guide, Mr Mehmet Rehber. With his smile and always in a positive mood, he changed our day into a wonderful experience and a day to keep remembering. When my wife Pauline told him about our sick daughter, he offered that his company could provide medical assistance by sending a doctor to check on her. Even though this was not his problem, he offered a pragmatic and immediate solution. During the tour, he kept us informed throughout the journey, always with a smile on his face. His communication was crisp and clear. He is a polyglot, speaking perfect English and Arabic. It was raining, and I had no rain jacket; he offered his jacket while he stayed soaking in the rain. My family and I will never forget this magnificent tour to Bursa, and I can vouch from my long years of travel experience that I have never come across a brilliant tour guide like Mr Mehmet Rehber, who, besides his broad knowledge and professionalism, was humble enough to offer his jacket while he stood explaining to us in the rain and offered his genuine support to our sick daughter, even though he was not obliged to do so. I really recommend this Tour agency, especially when Mr Mehmet Rehber is the Tour Guide
