The bus made frequent stops, and even though the traffic and the conditions were pretty good, we arrived a lot later than expected. The staff were friendly, but the bus was very dated, and the WIFI wasn't working. Not the VIP service I was expecting.

We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the service category. Regarding the WiFi, please note that WiFi service is not mentioned in the bus description as a standard onboard facility. In some cases, limited WiFi may be available only for emergency use, depending on network coverage and operational conditions. We also understand your concern regarding the travel duration and frequent stops. Road conditions, passenger stops, and highway traffic can sometimes affect the arrival time.
