I liked the narrator. Enjoyable. The information was concise and not too detailed. Just enough on a hot day.
Thank you, Jane! Getting the length right at each stop is a balance, and a hot day is a real test of it, so we're glad the Geneva tour passed. Good to hear the narrator suited you too. Hope to accompany you on another tour soon.
The audio guide was very entertaining, we learned a lot of interesting things and it's not expensive 💯
Thank you for your review. We are glad the audio guide kept you entertained and that you learned some interesting things about Geneva along the way.
Easy to use, good amount of info, not to in depth, quick city tour at your own pace. I enjoyed this tour because it was just enough information for a 1/2 day in the city.
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re glad you found the Geneva tour easy to use and a good way to explore the city at your own pace.
Easy enough to access but not directly on Viator so I suggest you locate your access code before leaving your hotel room. Audio is clear and available in many languages.
Thank you, Nathalie! We’re glad you enjoyed the Geneva tour and found the audio clear and multilingual. Your tip about locating the access code before leaving is very helpful for future travelers, and we’ll keep working to make the access process even smoother.
Great content and audio but each time I left the app, say to go to Google maps or take a photo. I had to log in again from the beginning. This was a bit of a pain. Fortunately hubby took the photos and we used the app location map. Bit of a faff but the tour was good and interesting.
Thank you for your honest review. We’re really glad you enjoyed the content and audio, and we also appreciate you pointing out the login issue. We understand how frustrating that can be, and your feedback helps us improve the experience.
