Driver was on time (rare in Egypt!), polite, pleasant and respectful. Easy to book, driver contacted us directly via whatsapp to confirm which was good. Stopped half way for a break, drive took about 4 hours. All positive, would definitely recommend them and use the company again.
Mustafa is an incredible person, punctual, and fun. We are two women sisters, and we felt completely safe with him; he is very attentive and took us to a place with excellent local food. Upon our arrival in Luxor, he told us to let him know if we were ever in a bind and he would help us out. I highly recommend him. 10/10

Perfect transfer from Luxor to Hurghada and much more than just a simple trip! Mostafa was punctual, professional, and made us feel good throughout the journey. The car was comfortable and well-maintained, but what made this experience truly special was his willingness to help us discover an authentic side of Egypt. During the trip, he specifically stopped at a restaurant frequented almost exclusively by locals, away from the typical tourist spots. Thanks to him, we tasted one of the best chickens we have eaten during the entire trip: an authentic experience that we would have never found on our own. Moreover, he has excellent musical taste, and we appreciated his desire to introduce us to Egyptian music. If you need a transfer between Luxor and Hurghada, we recommend him without any hesitation. Reliable, kind, attentive to details, and capable of turning a simple transfer into a beautiful travel memory.

The transfer from Luxor to Hurghada went well. Mostafa is a great driver. He was at the pick up point on time and we reached Hurghada on time too. Comfortable car as well. I will definitely book with Tag-Tour again!
As a 22 year old woman, I felt very unsafe in Luxor and was scared to drive four hours through the dessert with a driver. Another tourist staying at my hotel recommended this travel agency to me. I contacted them, shared my concerns, and Mustafa (the owner and main driver/guide of this agency) met me in person. I decided to book with him and oh am I happy! The next few days, Mustafa drove me to the historical places around Luxor, and also to hurghada. Not a single inappropriate comment was made, not a single time was I concerned about my safety, his intentions, anything. He made me feel safe, at ease, and spending time with him was fun! He knew I was still scared so he sent me a copy of the official travel papers he made with my passport number on them. Really 10/10 service. He was also really fun to hang out with, the four hours from luxor to hurghada we were joking and yapping the whole time.

I booked Mustafa ( TAG-Tours) for my half day trip in Luxor. The trip was for Valleyof the Kings & Queen, Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon. I asked if we can change the Valley of the Queens for Habu Temple. He was very accommodatin, so it was not an issue to switch. He also helped me buy the tickets and explained how the Valley of the kings works, how many i can visit with my basic ticket and for which once a i need extra tickets. All in all it was a very nice trip. Mustafa speak very good english and also knows all the good coffee places around the Westbank. I would book with him again. Thanks
