Ahmed texted via WhatsApp to confirm pickup beforehand. He picked us up right outside of the airport’s exit. He was right on time. He provided us water bottles. He drove us safely in an air conditioned vehicle and got us to our hotel quickly. Highly would recommend - we also booked with Tag Tour for our transfer to Luxor Airport!
We had a delay of 1:15 and the driver waited for us at no extra charge. Gave us honest recommendation about things to do in Luxor. Is definitely a solid option.
Ahmed was my driver for pick up. He is amazing driver. He is on time and everything went smoothly. Mostafa the tour organizer help to coordinate the pick up has very good communication. Highly recommend Mostafa and Ahmed.
First, I requested a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Even though the flight was delayed and the airport arrival was late, they greeted me with a smile. And they drove me to the hotel smoothly while driving very safely. They also handled the car transfers between the West Bank and East Bank of Luxor the next day very comfortably, and finally, they handled the early morning transfer from the hotel to the airport on the third day very comfortably. I had the greatest shitty tour.
Mostafa is the best person in all of Egypt! He is friendly, attentive, and helps you with whatever you need. Very good and safe driver. If you need to book something, book with this company!
It was a pleasure to meet him. The journey was enjoyable and with many discussions. Ask about Mustafa. I highly recommend.
Transportation is really smooth and efficient!
The airport pick up went very smoothly. We had no problem finding Kareem. He was courteous and helped us with our luggage. I would gladly use them again.
Good experience with pick up from the hotel. Clean car and good communication. I would recommend this service
Excellent service, great communication the entire time and the driver was waiting for us right after we collected our bags. It couldn't have been easier.
