Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied. However, we would like to clarify that our tour was conducted as scheduled, and our guide maintained a professional and respectful attitude throughout the tour. The tour was delivered in English as clearly stated in advance, and all services during the tour were provided as promised. Any issues that arose occurred after the tour had finished and were related to transportation arrangements, not the tour or guiding itself. We always strive to treat our guests with patience and care, and we regret that this situation led to frustration. We appreciate all feedback and remain committed to providing high-quality experiences for our guests.

Hey Rebecca, We appreciate the time you took to write us such helpful feedback and we look forward to hearing more future feedback from you in the future. Wishing you and your family the best this holiday season! Best regards,
