It was a good tour . Easy to find guide at the top of the cable car. Our guide l believe was Christine. The streets are narrow but she took us everywhere for some great photo ops. Even recommended a great place to get ice creme. The only criticism l have is that we booked an English tour. Somehow we got grouped with people who only spoke Spanish. The guide had to do the tour in both languages. It was unfortunate.
Great experience. Take some snacks and water with you so you enjoy the sights. You can enjoy the views and no need to stop for lunch
The excursion with Conchi was a wonderful experience. From the first moment she made us feel very comfortable, with a close, friendly, and very familiar manner, as if we were with someone we trusted. She was attentive to us at all times and managed to make us enjoy the excursion in a very special way.

I imagined we would drive to sites and take pictures but a lot of walking was required and another lady with mobility issues and myself were challenged to walk very hilly and rocky places
…because if they were, they wouldn’t be texting me to write a review — especially since I called them after the tour to share the bad experience. Tour guide showed an hour late because of trouble with the van, then showed up with the same van which wasn’t functioning properly. Had to switch to another van after creeping up steep hills like a snail. Ruined the whole experience.
