What could have been wonderful because the place invites you, was a horrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone. They call you the afternoon before the tour and tell you that it's all full and they put you on another trip but that exactly the same... Reserved catamaran of 50 or 100 people with bathroom and stable, and put you in a small boat with 24 people. Those who carry the boats have no idea you're coming or where you're coming from. Beach club booked with sun loungers and beach time, and you are dropped off at the port in the first restaurant there is no beach or anything (it is the dock) And when you call them and claim in Cozumel, already outside the hotel and without time, they tell you that all they can do is cancel the tour without security to return your money. I do NOT advise you to work with this agency your excursions.

Desde el inicio se le explicó esta situación con total transparencia. Dado que el catamarán original ya no contaba con disponibilidad, se le ofreció como alternativa una embarcación más personalizada, con capacidad máxima de 25 personas, o bien, la opción de un reembolso. Usted aceptó la alternativa a través de mensajes de WhatsApp —los cuales conservamos como respaldo— y en ningún momento manifestó inconformidad, por lo que procedimos con base en su consentimiento. No obstante, valoramos todos los comentarios de nuestros clientes, ya que nos permiten mejorar. En este caso, tomamos nota de la importancia de contar con formatos más formales y documentados cuando existan cambios operativos, especialmente cuando hay participación de empresas externas. Agradecemos su comprensión y quedamos atentos para cualquier aclaración adicional.
It's a fabulous experience, Cozumel is something extraordinary to lever, Colombia and the beaches of heaven and heaven have no words 1000 out of 1000
