歴史ある武家屋敷に隣接した穏やかな庭園で、居合道の技と武士の精神に浸る本ツアー。 マスターセンセイの指導のもと、アンティークの刀で修行し、センセイとコミュニティとの有意義なつながりを築きながら、伝統的な剣術への理解を深めます。 梵鐘と周辺の景色を望む庭園は、このユニークな体験のための静かな背景を提供し、最後は近くの目黒不動尊まで歩いて、禊と欲望の神様である不動明王を祀る。 日本語武術の伝統的な斬り技である「抜刀道」や「居合道」では、本物のKATANAではなくレプリカ刀でウレタンロッドを斬る。 45度の角度で斜めに斬る「袈裟斬り」という切り方を体験します。 有資格スタッフが、すべての参加者が安全に体験できるようにしています。

Authentic, interactive, exciting, fun. We got to go into the Master’s home and be taught how to use authentic weapons.

We had a wonderful Samurai sword experience at a Master’s own home. We used authentic swords, in traditional Japanese kimonos, under his expert supervision. It really was a ‘wow’ memory for us. We then enjoyed a superb lunch complemented by a selection of sake. The afternoon was contrasting a tranquil visit to a Japanese garden followed by the busy streets of Shinjuku including Godzilla then the 3D cat. The comfortable transport was magically awaiting our every appearance. A truly memorable day. Thank you and well done to Miyuki and the Omakase team Paul Allison

Unforgettable Samurai Experience! Training under a real samurai master was absolutely incredible—transformative, humbling, and deeply moving. In just a few hours, we felt like we truly stepped into the world of the samurai. The traditional house tour and tea ceremony added such authenticity and depth. Huge thanks to Miyuki-san and Hitomi for their warmth, knowledge, and professionalism. This experience brought Japanese history and culture to life in the most meaningful way. We recommend everyone who visits Japan to experience this as it will definitely be etched in your memory forever.
