Horrible experience! I do not recommend. Driver never showed up. Some random person ended up taking us to the resort which was a bit scary. The resort sent us to 3 different areas before they figured out what was going on and gave us our bracelets. No tour or explanation of where everything was so we wasted time trying to find the food, drinks and restrooms ourselves. They were not friendly or helpful at all. The only food they had outside was nachos so we ate that thinking that was all that was included. Come to find out they had a buffet on the other side we could have had but had no idea it was there until later. Had to go find someone for the wifi password. It was a total mess, very unorganized. I messaged via Viator about the driver not showing up and asked who would be taking us back to our port, no response. I had to pay $60 for transportation when my purchase included transportation. My driver was 2 minutes away when their driver said he would take us. I told him my driver was already 2 minutes away!! Why didn’t they contact me? Message me back?!! Never will I book this place again. I do not recommend. Go to Infinity Bay instead. We had an amazing time their our last trip.

Nice resort, loved having everything included. The buffet lunch was good and was nice having drinks included. We lounged around the beautiful West Bay beach! I definitely recommend this spot and would come back here on our next cruise to Roatan
