I took a cruise on the Celeste with my family, hoping for fun and enjoyment. The trip was supposed to last two hours, from 8:30 to 10:30, but we returned at 10:00. The air conditioning was poor, the crowds were even more intense than expected, and the tables were crammed together. We were practically in the arms of the people at the next table. The dinner wasn't the five-star experience advertised. The seafood consisted only of cheap, frozen, and very poor-quality fillets, poorly cooked. The chicken was unappetizing, and the desserts were terrible, including the cheapest, dry, and stale cakes. We didn't get to the buffet because of the crowds, so we missed many of the shows. The service was poor because the number of guests exceeded the staff's capacity. We also missed the Tanoura dance performance because it was at the beginning, while many of us were at the end. Unfortunately, the show looked much better and more sophisticated in the advertisements than it actually was. Honestly, the idea is excellent if it were well-supervised, the food was as advertised, and the organization was better.
