I arranged a Cádiz port pickup - the only port that large cruise ships dock at and the tour guide was in Seville - 1 hours away. So I did not get the tour. I did not get to Seville. And Viator refused to refund my money.
Be VERY careful when booking with Viator.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry your cruise stop didn't allow you to join the tour, but I'd like to clarify the facts, since this review is affecting a local guide who did nothing wrong. I wish I could share a screenshot of the booking to this response but is not posible.
The meeting point confirmed on the booking was the Seville Cruise Terminal, and I was there, on time, ready to guide the tour. From what you describe, it seems your cruise line listed the port of call as "Cádiz (Seville)", which could be understood as one location but are actually two separate cities about 120 km apart. That mix-up came from the cruise line's information, not from the guide or from Viator.
I understand how frustrating it is to miss a tour over a port mix-up, but the negative review here is landing on a local guide who was exactly where the booking said to be.

Perfect tour with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide
The tour gives you the right context to explore Seville. So I highly recommend to go for this tour early when you visit Seville.
Lorena is surely knows Seville inside out. She knows all the important places and the story behind. She will give you hard to find information and recommendations that we find absolutely useful.

Fantastic Tour Guide
Lorena is a fantastic Tour Guide. Her knowledge of Seville and its history was truly amazing! She was the best combination of knowledgable with a sense of humour! She was willing to answer questions and provide additional facts that we would never have found in a normal guide book.

Absolutely recommended
I was lucky enough to take a guided tour with Lorena and I will repeat again without any doubt. Lorena has a great knowledge of the city and conveys passion for making us all know details and curiosities of what she teaches. Also, she is very friendly and gets time to fly by, wishing to do more routes again with her.
In addition, he gave us recommendations of bars and places to eat that we could enjoy during the rest of the day. A complete and highly recommended experience

Amazing experience doing the tour with Lorraine
I have been on a tourist route with Lorraine several times and they have been amazing experiences. In the first of them we visited the church of the French and in the second, the cathedral of Seville and the royal alcazares. I highlight Lorraine's good explanations of the monuments, always providing many details and curious data. She is very attentive to the group, always watching that no one is left behind. She is a very friendly and friendly guide. After finishing the route, he offered recommendations for places to eat in Seville and tips on the city. We will definitely do a route with Lorraine again.
