We had a wonderful experience with Hidden Gems of Fez. Communication from the beginning was excellent — responsive, helpful and very accommodating. We especially appreciated their flexibility, as the tour was originally offered in English and they arranged a Spanish-speaking guide for us without any problem. Everything was perfectly coordinated, from the riad pickup to the tour itself. Ahmed was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience in Fez truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this half-day tour of the Fes Old Medina! Abdulhak, made the entire experience truly memorable. He is incredibly friendly and knows the history of the medina inside and out. He went beyond his role and made sure I have the best experience that combines the magic of the old medina and my personal preference. It was wonderful to see how much the local shopkeepers and residents respect and welcome him, which gave me a unique insight into the culture. I had an amazing time and recommend Abdulhak to anyone visiting Fes.

We enjoyed our half-day guided tour with Ahmad. He was an excellent guide. He took a lot of time with us, explained everything and was extremely patient. he waited as we went through every shop in the Medina. They picked us up from our hotel in a nice big van dropped us at the blue gate in front of the Medina and then Ahmad took us through many of the streets to the cooperatives and the tanneries. He was very polite very patient and also had excellent humor. I also observed that he was giving alms to a lot of people and he was a very kind gentleman.

A wonderful guided tour of the historic sights of Fez Medina with our guide very knowledgeable guide Bouchta. The visit was very much centred on the history and culture within the Medina with some information about local artisans but no push to buy. We learnt much more than we ever could without our guide. Highly recommend.

The experience was very good. Our guide Ayob was very good, the tour through the Medina was very interesting, visiting different places of interest, including shops specializing in certain products (leather, wood, etc.), but they never pressured us to make purchases at these places.
