My partner and I had a really wonderful tour! Our Driver was amazing. I loved how informative he was of the animals and how respectful he was of them - offering us the best view of the animals while respecting their space. We saw over 25 elephants, including a week old baby elephant. One of the best parts of the safari was that the park wasn’t over crowded with jeeps and tourists. I think there were only 4 or 5 jeeps during our evening tour. It was very peaceful and I’d recommend this safari to anyone. Thank you for an amazing experience!
We booked a 4-hour evening safari starting at 1:45 PM, and it was the perfect length of time. Since the park entrance was just a short 10-minute drive from our hotel, we were spotting wildlife within 15 minutes. We went to Wasgamuwa National Park to see wildlife, and honestly, we came back really happy with the experience. The best part for me was seeing so many elephants during the safari. We got to watch them in their natural surroundings, and every time we came across more elephants, it made the trip even more exciting. I was really happy that we got to see so many of them because that was something I was hoping for before coming here. The drive through the park was enjoyable too, and we had plenty of chances to take photos and enjoy the surroundings. Our driver was really nice and made the whole experience comfortable for us. He knew the park well and was patient whenever we wanted to spend more time watching the animals. We never felt like we had to rush from one place to another. He was friendly, helpful and made the safari feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I'm genuinely glad we chose Wasgamuwa for our safari. Seeing so many elephants was definitely the highlight, and the whole trip was worth it for us. If you're planning to visit Wasgamuwa National Park and enjoy watching wildlife, I would recommend this safari and the driver. It was a lovely experience, and I'd happily do it again.
