I went with Mr Stanko on the day trip and upon returning to the dock in Croatia he was holding onto the boat while helping psgrs exit to the dock He did not tie the boat to the dock As i was exiting as he was pulling me across a wave came and took the boat out while he was pulling me over and he slammed me into the rocks and i fractured my shoulder in 4 places He then proceeded to leave and i was helped by first aid and taken to the hospital and said he wasnt responsible because the tour was over accepting no responsibility when it was obvious there was negligence

I completely disagree with your description of what happened, and I want to correct the factual inaccuracies in your account.
When you first arrived at the boat, you already had difficulty getting onto it. Because of this, I specifically found a position at the pier where the boat and the pier were at approximately the same level, making it easier and safer for you to board and exit.
At the end of the tour, I was holding the boat while guests were getting off because this is an operational pier where boats cannot simply remain tied up. There were other boats waiting behind us to drop off their passengers, so I had to keep the boat positioned while guests exited.
There was no situation where a wave “took the boat out” and slammed you into the rocks. We were inside the Old Town port, and there was no significant wave at the time of the incident.
The boat and pier were at the same level, and there was essentially one step to make. You were carrying towels in both hands. I offered to take the towels and also offered you my hand to assist you, but you declined the assistance. While exiting, you did not see the step, caught it with your flip-flop and fell onto the pier.
I did not simply “leave” after you fell. I immediately called for first aid and an ambulance, spoke with your friends, and did everything I could to assist you at the scene. The medical assistance did not simply appear — I contacted them. I was subsequently told that I could leave, particularly because the tour had already ended and I had another group scheduled.
I am very sorry that you were injured, and I would never wish that on any guest. However, I cannot accept a description of events that I believe is materially different from what actually happened, nor can I accept responsibility for negligence when I was actively assisting guests, offered you assistance which you declined, and responded immediately after your fall.
My priority throughout my tours is the safety and experience of my guests, and I regularly go above and beyond to help them. I did the same for you and your group.

Great experience , wonderful and memorable day
Very amazing experience ! We went on a couple boat tours while we have been in Croatia and this was a highlight of our time here, and kept talking about it for a time after. Skipper was great, always great supporting family owned businesses and you can always tell when you’re booking with big touring companies - TRUST me the experience with touring companies was not worth the time and money! But this one was and taught us to always book with family owned boat tours - HIGHLY recommend this experience ! Skipper also took photos of us together and we really appreciated that. We wished we booked it longer. Skipper was the best we had of the trip !

The most bang for your buck!
There is no way we could have had a better experience than with Captain Stan! He truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time and was incredibly knowledgeable of the best places to visit and how to maximize our time throughout the trip. I can’t wait to go back to Croatia again and we’ll definitely want to experience this tour again.

Amazing boat trip
Amazing experience. Booked a private tour with my husband and the guide Stan was amazing. Took us to a secluded spot off the standard itinerary which was extremely enjoyable for a private swim after the blue cave. Would absolutely book again!

Amazing trip, brilliant driver
We had a truly incredible day on the boat. Our driver was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He allowed us to decide how we would like to spend the day but also had some great recommendations. The islands were beautiful, the boat had a great drinks selection and we could connect our phone to the boat bluetooth to play our own tunes while out at sea! It was an unforgettable day out

Best money spent on this trip!
Stanko, the owner of the beautiful boat was super friendly and informative. Great communicator before and the day of the tour via What’s App and Viator app. Answered all our questions. Stopped wherever we asked and customized the tour base on our requests. Money very, very well spent! Strongly suggest. The swim in clear waters of Adriatic Sea was the highlight of our trip.

Half Day Full Fun
Absolutely amazing tour, seeing a few of the surrounding islands near Dubrovnik by boat. Stanko was knowledgeable about the history of the town and had some small facts about other places we rode by. He was hospitable with refreshments and maneuvered like a pro. He was also okay to make adjustments as it was a private tour so the family could really see some fish.

We had an absolutely amazing sunset prosecco private boat! What a great way to this spectacular harbor! Our guide was professional, helpful, and fun! His pride for his country was inspiring! We loved every minute!
