Great view, tired facilities

The 360 degree view from the tower is incredible however the tower and the whole water park facility is looking very tired. The park needs some TLC to spruce it back up. The entry price is reasonable and the 3 different methods of dripping from the top (240 meters) look incredible but not for me.
