This company is scammers and fraud. They charge us fees on card but did not paid or booked our tickets with organizing company in pattaya. At last minute they did not allowed bcoz of non payment and no booking showing on time

We originally booked the 7:30 show, but later the provider contacted us asking if we could move to the 6:00 slot. We would have preferred the 7:30 one but we accommodated them. On the morning of the show one of us got a bad eye infection. I communicated with the provider asking to move us to a different date, they said it was not possible, even after I reminded them that we had accommodated them by moving the time slot, and that they could do the same for us. But there was just no way. So we still went despite one of us being sick, otherwise we would have lost our money. The show itself was okay and the food was pretty good. At the end the dancers were having their picture taken with the customers, before I knew it there were 6 dancers surrounding me and my friend took a picture, then one of the dancers literally grabbed 1000 baht from my hands. Then they did the same with my friend, another 1000 baht. Also, we paid more for VIP seats but giving this is low season there were not that many customers and our seats ended up not being that much better than the regular ones. Finally, 1.5 hour is too short.

It really isn't a cruise. Just a big stationary boat just a bit from the shore. The speed boat that takes you from the pier to the dinner boat looks more like a tug boat. Basically this tour is just a buffet dinner with some entertainment on a non moving boat.

They couldn’t find our booking. The lady organising the transfers to the ship was extremely rude. Once they finally confirmed the booking we arrived 20 minutes late to the boat meaning most of the food had gone as it was a “free for all”. The show was very average.

⭐️ 1 Star – Worst trip I’ve ever experienced This was hands down the worst trip I have ever been on, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no support from Viator when things went wrong. Firstly, it was never made clear that you have to take a separate, very cramped transfer boat just to reach the main boat. This was uncomfortable and poorly organised from the start. The trip itself was clearly not catered toward English-speaking guests at all, which should have been stated in advance. Communication was extremely limited, and we felt completely out of place the entire time. When it came to food, the experience was chaotic and honestly shocking. Large numbers of passengers rushed the food area, and by the time we were allowed up, there was nothing left. No organisation, no fairness, and no effort made to ensure all guests were served. The “entertainment” advertised as lasting an hour and a half was completely misleading. In reality, there were only about 10 minutes of actual singing and dancing. The rest of the time was spent with the entertainment team taking photos with guests and collecting money on stage, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the whole experience was disorganised, misleading, and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this trip to anyone. When I raised a complaint and requested a refund, it was denied, and there was no meaningful support from Viator at all.
