This was a nice beach trip! We didn't parasail or do the banana boats, but I did the undersea walk and it was really cool. The tour operators give very clear safety instructions and there are professional divers helping you along the whole time.
We enjoyed sitting on the beach and wading in the surf too.
We got the Thai lunch, and it was just "okay." It was a bit bland, especially for Thai food.
Here's a tip: make sure you have plenty of cash. Most of the shops along the beach only take cash and the water activities are much cheaper if you pay in cash.

Waste for money and time
Total marketing scam. It’s like run for only for marketing their extra bucks for parasail and all other rides and barely any beach time. They will rush you for the beach time only 1 hour :(

Good tour with multiple activites
Overall it was a nice experience. Since our hotel was outside the pickup zone, we were able to get a private ride to Pattaya (nice AC car..great driver..we were able to get a shut eye on our ride). There was a bit of wait upon reaching Pattaya but it was tolerable. Multiple activities were offered to suit one's tastes. We just did Walk under the sea to see the corals and it was great experience (highly recommend it). the time we spent on the island/beach was not a lot as the last return boat was at 2.30p. Upon reaching Pattaya back, we were taken to a location where these was India food served. Food was decent but I am not a foodie. They arranged a return private trip which took longer than expected due to Friday evening traffic.
