選択したパタヤエリアからのホテルのピックアップで、コーラルアイランド体験を始めましょう。 ピックアップ時間は、空室状況と現地の稼働状況により、9:00 AMから11:00 AMの間でゲストが選択します。 通常、早めのピックアップを選択したゲストは、ラーン島ではより多くの時間を得られますが、遅いピックアップではビーチでの時間が短くなります。 遅延によりボートのスケジュールやアイランドタイムに影響が出る場合がございますので、時間通りに確定したピックアップポイントにお越しください。 ピックアップのタイミングは、ホテルの所在地、交通、乗り継ぎ経路によって異なります。
ラーン島/コーラル島へのスピードボート送迎のメイン発着地点、バリハイ桟橋に到着。 現地のチームがゲストの搭乗をガイドし、選択したパッケージに基づいて旅行の次の部分を調整するお手伝いをします。 海況、桟橋交通、現地運航状況によりボートの出航時期が前後しますので、スタッフの指示に従ってください。 ゲストは荷物を安全に保管し、呼ばれたらすぐに乗れる状態にしておいてください。 この停留所は主にチェックイン、調整、スピードボートの乗船に使用されます。
ラーン島に到着する前に、アクティビティプラットフォームに立ち寄ります。 パラセーリング、海中散歩、または同様のアクティビティを含むパッケージを選択されたお客様は、予約されたオプションに従って、ここで参加できます。 これらのアクティビティを選択しなかったゲストは、他のゲストがアクティビティを完了するまでプラットフォームで待機する必要がある場合があります。 混雑状況、天候、海況、アクティビティの待ち行列にもよりますが、待ち時間は通常30～60分程度です。 選択したパッケージに明記されていない限り、オプションのアクティビティは含まれません。
アクティビティプラットフォームからスピードボートでパタヤでも人気の島、ラーン島に向かいます。 ボートは通常、タワエンビーチに到着します。タワエンビーチは、清澄な水、フォトスポット、ビーチシート、地元のショップ、オプションのシーサイドアクティビティで知られる活気あるビーチエリアです。 スピードボートの所要時間は、波浪、天候、桟橋交通、海上安全上の指示により異なる場合があります。 ゲストは常にボートクルーの安全誘導に従い、移動中は着席したままでいなければなりません。
ラーン島のタワンビーチで自由時間をお楽しみください。 ゲストはビーチサイドでリラックスしたり、泳いだり、写真を撮ったり、近くのショップを散策したり、選択したパッケージに応じてオプションのアクティビティに参加することができます。 ジェットスキー、バナナボート、その他のウォータースポーツなどのアクティビティは、現地で利用できる場合がありますが、予約パッケージに明記されていない限り含まれていません。 ビーチチェア、ロッカー、タオル、シャワー、個人的な費用は現地で直接お支払いいただく場合があります。 実際のビーチタイムは、ピックアップ時間、アクティビティ待ち時間、天候、ボートのスケジュールにより異なります。
昼食の手配は予約時に選択したパッケージによって異なります。 タイ定食オプションを選択されたお客様は、通常、現地のオペレーションと空室状況により、ラーン島/島側のレストランでランチをお楽しみいただけます。 インド料理のビュッフェランチオプションを選択されたお客様は、スピードボートでバリハイ桟橋まで戻り、その後パタヤのレストランへ移動して昼食をお楽しみいただきます。 メニュー、レストラン、提供スタイルは、パッケージ、空き状況、グループの規模、地域の状況によって異なる場合があります。 予約したオプションで選択された場合のみランチが含まれます。
ビーチタイムとランチの手配後、スピードボートでバリハイ桟橋へ戻ります。 インド料理のビュッフェランチをお楽しみのお客様は、最終降車前にパタヤレストランへお進みください。 お食事またはご返却手続き後、共有送迎により、一部のパタヤホテルへお客様をお連れします。 送迎は、選択したピックアップ時間、交通、ボートのタイミング、ランチの場所、天候、現地の状況によりますが、通常、午後2時30分から午後3時頃です。 正確な返却時期は、運用上の要因により保証できませんので、予めご了承ください。

Was booked on 11 am they moved us to 11:30 than the horrible surprise we had to watch guests being towed around the water wasting our day than we get to the island and we only have 1:30 minutes that horrible day not enough time to swim we came back pissed off completely fail

I booked a day to the coral island with all the activities and included the lunch. The experience was not so great. The local people at the various activities like paragliding, sea water walk, boat rides were soo very rude. They rush everyone like we don't matter at all. The water walk was the worse, the men there are so rude and have no sense of how to speak to people. They kept ordering is to do things because of they don't do it fast they will miss the other tourists who are paying them. Their only motive looked like they wanted more money , there was absolutely no enjoyment in any of the water activities. Really sad state after toul pay such a hugs amount for 30 seconds of a paragliding ride, 1 minute ride on the jet ski and 1 minute in the banana boat. And the walk under water was they told us 20 minutes when they wanted us to pay up for it And when we reached there, the people conducting said 15 minutes and we finally were under water for 10 minutes. Such a shame! Don't think I will recommend this to anyone and will never visit again.

We were taking to floating platform to sit there an wait for ever before moving to island. I did not pay to sit on platform
