Kelowna Transfers provided safe transportation on my trip between Kelowna and Revelstoke. The vehicle they provided was clean and new and our drivers was on time and very professional. I would recommend this service.
10 stars to this crew! Kelowna Transfers provided a great experience on my trip between Kelowna and Revelstoke, and then again on a transfer from Revelstoke to Big White Ski Resort. Both times they showed up early with a clean vehicle, personable driver and communicated with us consistently leading up to our trip. We've used several companies on previous trips but will use these folks moving forward. Thank you again for the great service and we'll see you next year!
Really disappointed. Beware! Airline cancelled/rebooked my flight and when I called Kelowna Transfers to reschedule they had no seats available on any shuttle for over 2 days. They also would NOT reimburse me. I think if they're so booked up that they can't reschedule their customers, they should at least reimburse them! I wound up paying for another way home to Revelstoke AND paying for the shuttle ride I couldn't take. Very poor customer service.

We are sorry that your airline delayed you substantially from making it to your destination but we are very clear and transparent that we cannot be held responsible for airline delays or cancellations. While airline issues are frustrating, your review should be directed at the airline that didn't get you where you needed to go, instead of the company that did everything we were asked of. We were on time and ready to greet you. We always go above and beyond for guests that have delays to get you onto a different shuttle. In this case, yes we were booked up with other guests. This review is not deserved and we would appreciate you taking your frustration out on the airline, not us. We wish you well.
5 stars all the way for Kelowna Transfers. Our flight into Kelowna was delayed 2 times creating a very late departure for my family but they were there to help the entire time. Great communication with our driver and their office staff and we made it safely to our destination at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Thanks for going the extra mile Kelowna Transfers!
