1. The tour is extremely expensive; you can get it much cheaper on-site.
2. An incorrect start time, not agreed upon with us, was given, which would have resulted in a return to the hotel after midnight. The change led to an extremely early start time (3:00 a.m.).
3. Due to the change, the agreed-upon route 2 was not followed, and we were inconsiderately moved (longer stair walks) to route 1, which fortunately was also nice.

Dear Wolfram,
We sincerely appreciate the time you took to leave us your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve every day.
We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your experience:
1. Regarding pricing: Rates on booking platforms often include high app commissions; our base service is quite economical and competitive. We suggest keeping this in mind for future bookings, as prices are usually lower when booking directly with us.
2. Regarding the schedule: As this is a full-day tour, an early departure from Cusco is essential due to the long travel distances. The final pickup time fell within the window we had previously communicated to ensure the entire itinerary could be completed.
3. Regarding Machu Picchu routes: Currently, due to extremely high demand during peak season, the allocation and availability of entry tickets present challenges beyond our agency's control. Faced with this external situation, we decided to assign you the route that offered the best opportunity to capture the classic photograph of the citadel. Furthermore, we assigned a guide with extensive historical expertise to ensure you received top-tier commentary.
We are very sorry that your experience was not perfect. Our main goal is for travelers to enjoy their stay, which is why we provide constant support and aim for the best possible schedules. In fact, our colleague Jarol kept an eye on your group throughout the journey to ensure everything went as promised.
Our clients' well-being is our priority. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this in more detail, we are entirely at your disposal.
