Minako was my guide for my first tour of Akihabara. She went above and beyond for this tour. She has a tour itinerary but it was a suggestion so she was very flexible in letting me change it up to go to places I wanted to go that weren't listed. She came to pick me up at my hotel and took me to Akihabara. She let me explore many places even some that I wanted to check out all of a sudden. She took me a wonderful ramen restaurant. At the stores, if there was something I didn't see, she went and ask the people who work at the store if they had it. She was a wonderful and sweet tour guide. She even recommend some great snacks to try out. I would recommend her for taking a tour of Akihabara for your own personal travel here.

From the moment we met our guide in the subway, we knew we were in great hands. She expertly guided us through the trains and escalators with ease, making our journey feel effortless. Thoughtful, kind, and incredibly informative, she connected so well with our family of four and made the day feel personalized and special. She introduced us to Akihabara’s hidden gems and helped us find specific anime items we had been searching for. Her deep knowledge of the area, from shops to culture, was impressive. I had an amazing experience on my Akihabara tour! My guide Minako was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire trip enjoyable and stress-free. She was very patient, taking the time to answer all our questions and ensuring we had a great time. The tour was fun, informative, and well-organized.
