We had a wonderful experience visiting Mount Fuji! The views were breathtaking, and the whole trip was well organized. Ali was our guide, and he was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made the trip enjoyable and shared interesting information about the area. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great time. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mount Fuji!

What a day! It could hardly have been more perfect. The weather was great and the day was packed full of amazing experiences. Our guide Alex was knowledgeable and got us everywhere we hoped to and more. We absolutely give him top marks and recommend to anyone who wants to experience Mt. Fuji and the surroundings. Anyone interested in doing this tour should use his experience and advice. He suggested leaving at 6:00am rather than the scheduled 8:00am and in doing so we saved at least three hours of sitting in traffic - judging by Google maps. Alex was more than happy to pick us up at our hotel instead of the advertised pickup spot. We got to shrine overlooking the mountain, had breakfast at the Yamanakako lake overlooking Mt. Fuji, did the Ropeway with views of volcanic activity and finally a boat ride on a cruise ship before returning home. Thank you very much for a wonderful day!

This tour was great! It allowed us to see a lot in one day and some areas we did not previously know about. Our driver Malik was very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Would book with them again for a family trip.

Had a great day going to Mt Fuji with the family. Hasan was a great guide and tailored the experience to us. He had good recommendations on good photo spots and activities to do. We got great pictures of the mountain and pickup and drop off was very smooth.

Absolutely wonderful Mt. Fuji & Hakone tour! The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable. The driver was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, making sure we had enough time to enjoy each beautiful spot. The views of Mt. Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi, Hakone, and the surrounding scenery were breathtaking. The comfortable car made the long day very enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan and looking for a memorable private tour!

What an immense disappointment today was. We booked this private tour with the expectation of the given itinerary. The inclusion/ exclusion list given with the booking was very clear about what tickets we would have to cover. After collection in Toyko we visited the first 2 points of interest , as per the given itinerary, viz the Chureito pagoda and then the Oshino Hakkai village. From there the tour suddenly deviated. After more than an hour of driving we arrived at the Hakone cableway. This was not a stop on the booked itinerary. The itinerary had stated that all stops were within 10- 15 min of each other. Additionally we then got told that the waiting queue for the cableway was well over an hour and wouldn't really be feasible. That was then announced as the end of the tour! No Mt Fiji 5th station, no ropeway, no shrine!!! From 6h15 to 13h30 we had spent 2 hrs on foot and 5.25 hrs in a car!! And then had a 2.5 hr return drive to Tokyo. The "English speaking guide" was rather a driver with minimal English. The drives were done in silence, with no sharing of information or details of the areas, history, cultural significance etc . It truly was a very disappointing day, falsely advertised and completely misrepresented - not at all what the TripAdvisor site nor my confirmed booking e mail had indicated. Shoaib was an outstanding tour guide! He arrived promptly at 5:30 a.m. and spent the entire day taking us to Mount Fuji and several other beautiful spots before dropping us back in Tokyo around 4:15 p.m. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly patient throughout the journey. Shoaib planned the day very well, made us feel comfortable, and ensured that we had a truly memorable experience. His dedication and excellent service made our Mount Fuji tour extra special.
