I have been very pleased with my excursion out of the city and into a more rural Japan. Honey has been an excellent guide giving us info on the various parts where he was taking us. He made sure to find out where we wanted to go and got us to each location while walking us to the places we would enjoy the most. We were able to explore for as long as we wanted and made sure message him via WhatsApp when we were ready to move on. We were able to see Mt Fuji in all its beauty on a hot summer day which I understand is not always the case. He brought us to an off the beaten path restaurant for lunch which was delicious and gave us the Japan experience we were looking for without the crowds. Overall, Honey was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the area. The advice I would give someone booking this experience would be to look at the given itinerary and have an idea what you’d like to do. This will help you and the guide to provide a better experience. I would also make sure you’re hotel pickup is within the 23 wards as I thought mine was being in the Chiba area but it wasn’t which cost is an additional 7000¥ not a huge amount, but something to take into consideration. Overall, being a passenger and not having to navigate an airport, train, bus or other mode of transportation was huge for my family of 4. I loved being able to look out the window and see the country for all its worth. Thank you Honey for a great day! So far it’s been my favorite while traveling in Japan!
Fabulous day trip!! 100%!! Moon was GREAT as he took me and my family to the various destinations on the itinerary and provided valuable information and history to the locations. I loved the private tour, the freedom and flexibility alotted at site locations! But, the best was that Moon contacted me the day before, introducing himself and recommending that we start the day trip earlier than the scheduled time (9a). This allowed for better viewing of Mt. Fuji! As the day went along, more cloud cover and difficult to see Mt. Fuji. Moon was absolutely right!! So glad we met up earlier to start. Had great views of Mt. Fuji ! Great photo ops, too! And, Moon definitely knows how to position folks for great pics! Moon, so pleasant, hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable!! THANK YOU!!!
Eli was so accommodating to my entire family. We were able to extend our time on a few stops. He was knowledgeable of the area and very much appreciate him taking us around. We had such a great time!

Driver canceled the night before. No response on refund. Called at 10pm night before and then reported that I did not respond when I was very clear at booking the itinerary that we were seeking.

We had a wonderful trip to Hakone and Mt. Fuji, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide Ali. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the tour, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed. The car was very comfortable, which made the long drives enjoyable. Overall, Ali's excellent guidance and the comfortable vehicle made our trip memorable. Highly recommended!
