Booking with Fernando and Sierra Luxury Travel was the BEST decision!! We were able to customize our trip based out of Interlaken to see so much of that region of the Alps. He took us so many places that we would never have gone to or known about. We loved it so much that we booked another day with him. Also we used Sierra and Fernando’s team for transfers with stops/tours along the way from city to city. Great communication, super nice luxury vehicles, professional all around. Those transfers were amazing, especially from Lake Como to Interlaken. Just stunning!! You will be SO pleased if you book with him. Goodness…not sure where to begin! We have both agreed that this tour was the highlight of our trip. Fernando felt like family very soon into our excursion. The moment we stepped into the luxury vehicle, I knew we were in for a treat. His professionalism is exemplary. The sites he has chosen are breathtaking and create an experience like no other. He accommodates any stop you may desire and led us to a charming chocolate shop with full view of the alps in front (one of us is a chocoholic). The gorge hike, the waterfalls, the lunch stop atop a mountain overlooking the valley, the quaint towns, hiking to an historic hotel were all breathtaking! This company prides itself on giving you an ultimate experience and provides a trip like no other. It is definitely a must-do if you want to see hidden gems that create lifelong memories. We had an amazing experience and couldn’t recommend our guide more highly! He knows Switzerland incredibly well and took us to beautiful, hidden places that most tourists would never know to visit on their own. His local knowledge really made our trip feel special and allowed us to experience a side of Switzerland we otherwise would have missed. He was professional, thoughtful, and made everything incredibly easy and comfortable. His cars are also luxurious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made traveling between destinations even more enjoyable. Our trip to Switzerland was absolutely amazing, and our guide was a huge part of what made it so special. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, and always made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. He knew all the best spots, took care of every little detail, and made the whole trip feel completely effortless. What impressed us most was how personal the experience felt. It never felt like we were just following a standard tour itinerary. By the end of the trip, it honestly felt more like traveling around Switzerland with a local friend than being on a guided tour. The driver backed into a trash te profile in a small village and blew out there. The vehicle was disabled and had to vetoed back to Zurich. We were only 2/3 of the way through the trip have asked for a refund but so far no response from Viatot
