The experience started rough with the driver who picked us from the hotel being rude and loud. They messaged us the day before that pickup time is 5:35 pm. We were back at the hotel from another day excursion by 5:30, but he was so mad and was telling us that they meant 5 pm. I showed him their message (good thing it was thru Viator messaging), but continued to yell on us. We still managed to be on the tour, good thing was that the rest of the crew were accommodating and made the experience a memorable one. 4 star because the driver eventually apologized on how he treated us and owned up to his mistake. The rest of the crew made the sunset tour a fun one, even took the best pictures and videos.
