Great fun. Entire staff was very nice and helpful. Even as we had issues getting in and out of the boat. The guide, whose name I can’t remember was funny and very informative. I’d do it again! Thanks for the memories!
Great experience! We were in a domed boat watching the first 2 rows of our boat get soaked while we stayed dry! Hilarious! Felt safe the entire ride, guide was awesome!
Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so glad you had a great time on the Domed Jet Boat Tour and enjoyed watching the front rows take on the full soak while you stayed nice and dry. We’re also happy to hear you felt safe throughout the ride and had a great guide. We truly appreciate the recommendation!
It was amazing. I stayed dry the entire time and was able to see the entire ride. No back issues for me either

Thank you for the great review, Tammy! We're so glad you had a great experience and enjoyed our friendly, helpful service. We hope to welcome you back for another Whirlpool Jet Boat adventure soon!
We did the dry jet boat tour with guide Chris and driver Jordan. They were both great! Buying tickets online and completing waivers ahead of time made checking in so easy You could choose sitting in the front outside where you are guaranteed to get soaked. We chose inside the enclosed dome. We went through class 5 rapids and enjoyed watching the outsiders get hit with waives! Guide Chris kept us entertained - total ride is 45 minutes. Just a side note - as a handicap traveler - I so much appreciate how accommodating ALL the employees were! Great family adventure !!
Thank you for the fantastic review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family had such a great experience on the Domed Dry Jet Boat Tour. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Chris and Captain Jordan—they’ll appreciate knowing they helped make your adventure fun, informative, and memorable. We’re also so glad to hear that our team was able to make your visit comfortable and accommodating. Creating an enjoyable experience for every guest is incredibly important to us, and we hope to welcome you back for another Niagara River adventure soon!
