Excellent pick up at Tokyo Cruise port. The driver had to set out and find us because we didn’t know where the South parking lot was and neither did the people that worked there or at least they weren’t able to translate in English.
Great service and good communication. Car was very clean and was big enough to fit 4 large suitcases.
Nice and clean vehicle. Friendly driver. Was early to pick us up. Message in English so it was very easy to communicate.

Easy and efficient way to get from the cruise port to your Tokyo hotel. Great communication before the trip and very timely!
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear that your transfer from the cruise port to your Tokyo hotel was easy and efficient. It’s great to know that our team’s communication beforehand helped make your journey smooth and timely. We truly appreciate you choosing our service and look forward to welcoming you again on future trips!
The driver told us the night before he was unable to come into the port for pick up. After questioning this with Azamara staff, we were told in fact most all transfer companies and taxis were on port supporting transfers for disembarking. When I played this topic with local team I was told- no one was allowed. This in fact was 100% untrue. Multiple transfer and taxis were on site to move Azamara customers to the city. My group of 5 walked 1/2 mile to the top of the road and the Amazara. No one was available. We had been told the crew was there and holding for approval to push back for leaving- not super why this was occurred while others were on site for customers
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your arrival experience was not as smooth as expected. We have reviewed the situation with our team and will continue improving our communication and coordination procedures to provide clearer guidance for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to offer a smoother experience on a future visit.
Our driver gave very little communication and was 30 mins late, again with no communication. We were left standing on the street hoping he would arrive.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your transfer. We deeply regret that this part of your trip did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, and we truly appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we take your comments seriously, and will do our best to improve the clarity of our communication and ensure smoother experiences for future travelers. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback, and we hope the rest of your trip was more enjoyable.
