We had an excellent experience with our private transport from Yokohama Cruise Port terminal to our hotel in Tokyo. Our driver messaged me on What’s App the day before arrival and confirmed details including number of luggage. There were 6 of us and a ton of luggage. The driver met us at the meeting point and helped us bring our luggage to the vehicle. The passenger Van was large enough to fit all of us and all of our luggage, was clean and comfortable with air conditioning as it was hot and humid. Overall I recommend using this service.
Great service! Everything was well organized and stress-free. The driver was punctual and friendly, and the car was very comfortable. It made our transfer to the cruise port super easy, especially with our luggage. Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

We had to go out of the terminal to meet our driver as they are not allowed to enter the terminal - nothing major, but was not in the directions. Everything went perfectly

Super nice van picked us up and delivered us to our hotel by the Narita airport. It was a little extra than the listed price because of the distance from Yokohama but well worth

Very nice, pleasant ride after our cruise. Driver was waiting for us as we disembarked. Handled our luggage. Much better option and way more comfortable than the subway.

The transfer from our hotel in Tokyo to the cruise port in Yokohama went very smoothly. We are a group of eight travelers and all of our luggage and needs were handled beautiful.ly in a very comfortable than accommodating all of us as well as all of our luggage. Very professional and prompt.

Driver did not drop us off at the cruise terminal. He kicked us out at the Main Street we had to walk to the terminal which was quite a walk for someone with very bad knees. Driver did not care, poor customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On the morning of your transfer, the port authority implemented strict, unexpected traffic controls, explicitly prohibiting vehicles from entering the cruise terminal directly. Following official regulations, our driver navigated to safely drop you off at the absolute closest legally permitted point, right next to the port staff who were actively assisting passengers to the terminal. Furthermore, port regulations strictly forbid vehicles from stopping or lingering in that designated drop-off zone. We realize that the necessary swiftness of the drop-off, unfortunately combined with a language barrier, made it appear as though the driver lacked care. Please be assured this was purely a miscommunication due to the fast-paced circumstances and language differences, rather than poor customer service. The driver was simply acting under strict port regulations to ensure you reached the closest and safest possible point. Passenger safety and comfort remain our top priorities. We appreciate your understanding regarding these unforeseen external port controls, and we sincerely hope you went on to enjoy a wonderful cruise vacation.

Our driver was on time and promptly loaded all of our luggage into his van. He drove straight to the Yokohama port so that we could catch our Celebrity Cruise around the south end of Japan and ending in South Korea.

On our trip to Japan I thought it was important our driver spoke my language. I believed I received an English speaker. I quickly learned she did not speak or understand English. We made it to our destination after we were taken to the wrong location and someone else helped us get to our destination. Frustrating experience for us and I’m sure the driver.
