Disneyland Japan was fabulous, but we couldn't find out how to use the rail link. We were told not available where we were!

We are truly sorry, however, for the confusion you faced regarding the rail link. Navigating Tokyo’s various transit networks can indeed be tricky, and we regret that the specific coverage areas for the pass were not clear enough during your journey. Please know that we are taking your feedback seriously and are actively reviewing our instructions to ensure the valid transit lines are much easier to understand for our future guests.
