Good communication, excellent driver. We had to get to the airport early because we had an unusually early flight time for two of the four of us. We didn’t know that there would be an extra fee for dropping off at two different terminals at Heathrow. We didn’t know which terminal we would be going to until that morning, so we couldn’t plan for the two separate drop offs. Our driver made it quite easy for us.

It was a zoo in the Cruise Terminal Parking lot but our driver found a spot and he loaded the luggage and got us to the airport in sufficient time to make our flight.

Confusion on my part…I told them the wrong cruise port but it was handled quickly once we realized the mistake! Our driver was courteous and pleasant. Made it from Southampton Cruise Terminal to London Heathrow safely and timely!

I booked the transportation from port to airport online so I was a little nervous to pay ahead of trip. It was perfect - professional and the car was right there to pick us up. Directway Cars’ driver Mr. Ahmed was courteous and helpful. Kudos to the person that hired him.
