We booked a van for 12 and our luggage transport. These guys were great! They sent 2 vans and had us to the airport in plenty of time

I would not recommend this company. From the onset of booking I had a bad feeling about them. They immediately charged my credit card which I found to be unusual for Trip Advisor ( that has never happened before) but I thought no big deal we have no reason to cancel. Then we kept getting texts and/or e-mails in regards to our pickup, date and times. They needed the address to the port, ( I thought that was odd since you would think they should have that kind of info), again no big deal I will provide the address. Then continued requests for the same info, pick up location, drop off location, etc. Then the request of info in regards to luggage, also gave back the info on numerous occasions. Then on day of pickup at 6:13 Am, I get a text under "hotel pickup" that I need to contact driver 30-40 minutes before pickup time to confirm exact location. My pickup time was scheduled for 7:45 am. At 6:45 AM I get a text from the driver wanting me to confirm my luggage count again. At 6:51 AM I text and say that we are ready, give a description of myself and again, reiterate how many pieces of luggage we have. At 6:52 I am told driver will be there on time. At 7:02 I get a text telling me the driver's vehicle has broken down and he is unable to reach us. They say they have another driver that will come and get us. At this point all the red flags are waving. I let them know that I will be taking a taxi to the airport, I do have a plane to catch. I asked for a refund but was denied. I would recommend that anyone that needs to get to the airport, take a taxi. It was pleasant, peaceful and cheaper than this company. I would never use a private service again. The taxi was wonderful. These people should not be on trip advisor. I feel like it was a scam from the get go.

Professional. Punctual. Smooth. This is the second time we used Viator; once as a tour from London to Southampton and then for a direct private return from Southampton to Heathrow, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic! We’ll definitely be using Viator again for future travel experiences.

Great to work with. Friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Cruise took an extra hour to depart. Waited and then transported us to the airport in time to make our flight. A+

Good communication, excellent driver. We had to get to the airport early because we had an unusually early flight time for two of the four of us. We didn’t know that there would be an extra fee for dropping off at two different terminals at Heathrow. We didn’t know which terminal we would be going to until that morning, so we couldn’t plan for the two separate drop offs. Our driver made it quite easy for us.

It was a zoo in the Cruise Terminal Parking lot but our driver found a spot and he loaded the luggage and got us to the airport in sufficient time to make our flight.

Confusion on my part…I told them the wrong cruise port but it was handled quickly once we realized the mistake! Our driver was courteous and pleasant. Made it from Southampton Cruise Terminal to London Heathrow safely and timely!

I booked the transportation from port to airport online so I was a little nervous to pay ahead of trip. It was perfect - professional and the car was right there to pick us up. Directway Cars’ driver Mr. Ahmed was courteous and helpful. Kudos to the person that hired him.
