I had a really bad experience today with this agency in Agafay. The agency manager Aammar was rude and unprofessional from the start. The dinner was not good at all, poor quality and cold. The service was also very bad, staff were slow and not helpful. I do NOT recommend this agency. Save your money and time.
We visited the Ouzoud Falls in the company of Azdine. He took us from Marrakesh to the falls and was available for all our requests. It was a day tour, with a drive of about 2 hours each way, but it was worth it! The falls are captivating, definitely worth seeing

It was so so so much fun!!! The guide was so nice and was telling us everything about Morocco. The quad was super fun en they where very careful. Very family friendly. The dinner was also very nice, we had a lot of options. He picked us up en brought us back home. highly recommend!!

We discovered the Agafay desert with the family thanks to Azzadine who led us there. We liked the camel ride and the evening/show that followed, on site. Azzadine is a very good driver, accommodating, punctual and friendly which made our activated/evening enjoyable.
