Our driver/guide Elie, made our trip fun and great. He was very knowledgeable, funny and accomodating. The pace of the tour is perfect, I would describe it chilled, yet effecient. I would highly advise everyone to see the beauty of Cape Town through this company and Elie.
Weve had not one but Two very very good day-trips with our Guide Eli! We had only booked one Trip but enjoyed it so much that we asked him for a different Tour (Townships) for the VERY NEXT DAY. Eli Just Said 'no problem', organized everything basically over Night and made it work! Amazing Guy :D Both tours were very informative, you can basically ask him anything, and He is always at your assistance! He beat any traffic, and all the other tours and busses, so we never had to wait anywhere (ofc he cant guarantee that in main saison I would assume) but we got spoiled :) He drives very safe and calm, gave many recommendations and adivce about anything capetown and stayed with us during the township-tour which made us feel safe. Both tours (Penguins,cape etc & the Township Tour through langa) are recommendations to get a very 'complete' Impression of capetown. Its a challenging time for capetown (as for the rest of the world but very concentrated and visual here) with loads of social Dilemmas and struggles with no easy solutions. The best we as Tourist can do seems to be educating us with the help and guidance of true locals like Eli, who loves his city in the best way possible! Thank you so much again! Angel was absolutely the best guide we could have asked for! She was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and made our Cape Point Tour truly unforgettable. She took us wherever we wanted to go, gave us plenty of time to enjoy every place without ever rushing us, and was always there to make sure we had the best experience possible. We really appreciated how flexible and attentive she was throughout the entire day. Honestly, Angel was the best guide we've ever had. Chris was the guide on our very first trip to South Africa, the Cape of Good Hope and the surrounding cities. He did an outstanding job of explaining the development of the area, the history of the Cape (including the significance of Vasco Da Gama's discovery of the first direct maritime route between Europe and India), Chapman's Peak, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, Bantry Bay, a really great seafood restaurant and a number of other remarkable sites. Not only was the driving tour full of interesting and timely information, but Chris also explained the evolution of the current society including the influences of apartheid and subsequent hope for the future driven by the young and hopeful South African population. It was a marvelous all day trip to a fascinating and gorgeous part of South Africa, that allowed us the real privilege of meeting and knowing a marvelously funny, well educated and charming young man. Our guide, Eli, was one of the best we've ever had for a tour guide! He was punctual and patient, since I made a mistake on my end and caused him to be late getting started. Yet, he was still very gracious. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and went over and beyond in taking us around, offering great shopping tips for specific things we asked for, and was just an all-around professional driver and guide. We highly recommend him and the company...the sign-up and payment process were easy and quick. The whole experience from start to finish was an absolute pleasure for us, and contributed to the success of our first trip to the continent!
