We are glad you liked our tour driver, but there is a misunderstanding regarding your airport transfer: No Record: We never received an airport booking from you. We did not change your driver or have vehicle issues; this was likely with a different company. Premium Service: We use premium 5-seater vehicles and provide full luggage assistance, which is why our rates differ from standard taxis. We hope this clears up the confusion.
