We booked with them as an excursion for our cruise. Unfortunately the port was canceled due to strong winds and we were unable to go on the tour. However, at every point up to then and afterward, the tour operators were responsive, very professional, and courteous. If we return to Costa Maya, I will book with them again.

This was a must for Costa Maya which really doesn’t have anything else to offer except for the ruins. It was a great experience! The tour operator was very easy to work with and Jhonna our guide was amazing! Bacalar was so beautiful and the lunch was really good and authentic! The only downside is the drive is about an hour from the port.

We were stopping in Costa Maya on a cruise. I was looking for a private excursion for just me and my husband. I got excited when I learned that Bacalar was only an hour and half from the port. It has been a place that I have been wanting to visit and is otherwise a three hour drive from Tulum. I found this tour by JoJo and it was amazing. JoJo reached out via text multiple times ahead of our trip to make sure that everything was set. She met us at the port and we drove to Bacalar. During the drive she talked about the history of Mexico and the Aztecs and Mayan cultures. She gave us interesting background on the area of Bacalar. We then set sail on the beautiful blue water of the lagoon stopping to swim in a few locations and snacking on fresh pineapple that she stopped and picked up for us on the way. After the boat ride, we ate tacos at the local marina. Everything was wonderful. I would not hesitate to book another trip with JoJo!

It was amazing! Our guide was so nice and knowledgeable. We had a great time and would do it again!!!
