We had good time doing the private walking tour of Victoria Falls. There was a miss communication of the start time, but the agency still managed to take us on the tour with a slight delay. Great experience to have in the early hours especially before the crowd hits the Falls.

Our tour was excellent! Our guide Bonu was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. You learn so much more about the falls and the area when you are with a guide, rather than without a guide. We even saw elephants, a warthog and many birds and wildlife. Highly recommend this tour when you are visiting Victoria Falls!

Very nice experience, the guide was very attentive. He provided us with raincoats, fortunately because we were well wet by the falls. He also gave us a lot of explanation. I recommend.

Me and my friend Rita organized this holiday with Italian tour operator for the tour of the falls victory we met the guide Bona who speaks perfect Italian also Bona made us also have a beautiful experience visiting a rural village if I were to return to Africa I would have no doubts about the guide to choose strictly recommended Bona who made us savor authentic moments of life of the locals

My friend and I went this morning, got picked up on time, told about the history and geography & then were guided through the falls. We went at our own pace, including lots of stops for photos and videos, and every question was answered. Highly recommend doing the 6am tour for beautiful light and very few people/crowds.

Extremely poor service, I initially thought I was scammed when the service provider did not respond when I phoned. Sent emails and WhatsApp messages to no response for 5hrs. Two hours later post the planned tour which never happened someone phoned, blaming WiFi that they are very sorry and reschedule for the following day. Disappointed to cut the story short. However, I suppose this's just one in every million and I happen to be the unlucky one.
