Worth the money
Ticket emailed 24 hrs below, do not queue at ticket desk, no id was asked for and I took in my water bottle in plain site. Cloud dome is great, not much seating but so cool which was needed I the high humidity. Flower dome had so much seating and at my visit, liliies galore, never seen such big flowers. Just as I thought I was leaving, I discovered the "meadow " not what I call a meadow but a lovely path walking along water displays. Really good morning spent here in the most refreshing part of Singapore!

Great Experience (with a twist)
Great experience. Not so great was the delivery of that ticket voucher. I received the confirmation but the voucher with QR code was not sent. It took an email and phone to get this fixed. It was a 30 minute wait at the ticket office for a response that finally arrived.

Beautiful place to visit
really nice experience and both places were worth seeing cloud forest was my favorite especially the big waterfall inside easy entry with the ticket and we spent few hours there

Really enjoyed the cloud dome it was very cool with the Jurassic park them. The flower dome was nice.

I booked the tickets to...
I booked the tickets to Gardens at Bay in Singapore. The email that was sent to me had a link to the tickets, but the link would not render. I have to purchase the tickets at the gate.

We had a problem with our tickets because we were already at Gardens by the Bay, but we still hadn’t received them by email. When we contacted them directly on WhatsApp, we got the tickets immediately. We didn’t have any trouble after that. Thank you so much!
