1945年に設立されたグダニスク造船所は、数万人の従業員を雇用するポーランド最大の造船センターの一つであり、特に連帯運動の発祥の地として、同国の歴史に大きな役割を果たした。 歴史的、象徴的な役割にもかかわらず、造船所は1996年に倒産した後、操業を停止した。

第二次世界大戦博物館は2017年にグダニスクのヴワディスワフ・バルトシェフスキ広場1番地にオープンした。 建物はラドゥニア運河の河口に位置し、歴史的な市内中心部に近く、第二次世界大戦の始まりを記念する空間も兼ねた象徴的な建築レイアウトとなっている。

super trip,we saw all historical monumente
Very nice tour and taste cole beer
Both me and my mother were very happy with our tour. It was an intresting tour and the tourguide was really nice and taught us alot about the historical sights we wisited. I would recommend that you book this tour on your first day in Gdansk since it gives you a good ground to explore more by yourself during your trip in this beautiful city. The duration of the ride (ours were about 50-60 minutes) was perfect since you get to see the most important sights during that time without "wasting" half a day when you are only there for a weekend. We'll give it a 10/10, a relly priceworthy exprience.

We had a great time during our tour with Julia! Information about Gdansk combined with cold beers and full blast sing-a-long to our own choice of music - an amazing way to spend an hour in our opinion. It all started however with a bit of a mishap with a flat tire but was briliantly redeemed by Thomasz, Polands "Mr fix-it". Came and got us in his own car, drove us to the tour buggy and then finished it off by driving us himself around town for an extra hour in the buggy. That is what I call a good compensation. Fully recommend this to any friend group who is looking for a way to combine learning a bit about Gdansk and having your own private party doing it!

Jakub was a great host, took 7 of us around the historic city of Gdansk. Fun personality, very knowledgeable of the buildings and its history. Golf buggy fitted us all in with room for two more. Heated and unlimited polish 5.7% lager! Thank you Jakub we enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend to see the city.
We have just waited outside our hotel for nearly half an hour with nobody showing up. We have called, emailed and WhatsApped with no response. Beyond disappointing.
Beautiful tour of the city by golf cart. Done yesterday, November 29, 10 Italian friends. Our guide Jacob was more than kind, a really polite and prepared guy, provided us, in addition to the audio guide in Italian, all the explanations in English. Highly recommended, a greeting to Jacob from Salernitani
